It seems I was not the only person to have this lovely idea
As always when someone in power/authority starts banging on about Freedom of Speech, what they mean is Freedom of Speech they Approve Of.
Mocking minorities and the marginalised is, to them, Free Speech.
Mocking them themselves is Slander, Libel and a Criminal Offence!
