Over the last little while I’ve been quietly releasing a handful of games, some brand new and some finally gathered together properly. They’re all tabletop RPGs, mostly narrative-focused, and all of them are available for free or pay what you want. You can find them on itch.io and DriveThruRPG if you fancy taking a look.
I thought it might be useful to put them all in one place and give a quick overview of what each one is about.
Blaydon Grange RPG

Blaydon Grange is a tabletop RPG about life at a very traditional British girls’ boarding school. It leans into the small dramas rather than big heroics. Midnight feasts, rival houses, notes passed in class, friendships that feel like the most important thing in the world. It will appeal to fans of book series such as St Clares, Malory Towers, Trebizon and the Chalet School.
The focus is on relationships and personal choices rather than combat or crunch. Create characters and play through pranks, fallouts, triumphs on the sports field, and the quiet moments in between. The newly released second edition expands on the original with more oracle tables, clearer advice for running the game, and examples throughout.

Blaydon Grange – Solo RPG

This is a solo version of Blaydon Grange, reworked from the ground up to play without a game master. It uses a playing card based system that keeps things moving while still leaving room for reflection and surprise.
If you like journaling games or solo play that feels gentle but emotionally engaging, this one is designed to let you explore a character’s school life at your own pace.

Scalphunter – Solo RPG

Scalphunter is a solo espionage game set during the Cold War. You play a tired intelligence operative working in the background of history rather than the spotlight. No glamour, no gadgets, just pressure, compromise, and consequences.
Every success costs you something, whether that is time, health, stability, or political capital. It can be played as a quick session to see how badly things go, or as an ongoing narrative about burnout, internal politics, and moral erosion. It’s heavily inspired by grounded spy fiction rather than action heroes.

Barbarian Adventures

This is a collection of older sword and sorcery adventures I wrote for Barbarians of Lemuria, plus a setting. They’ve been floating around my blog for years, and I still get the occasional request for them, so I finally bundled them up in one place.
The adventures include a cursed city of crime and sorcery, cults, doomed romance, ancient gods, and inns you probably should not stop at for the night. The art and layout definitely show their age, and all the artwork was done by me in Daz Studio, but I think the ideas still have some life in them. They should also be easy to adapt to most sword and sorcery systems.

All of these are available right now as free or pay what you want downloads on itch and DriveThruRPG. If any of them sound interesting, have a look and see what you think. And if you do end up playing them, I’d love to hear how they go.
